Pradeep Sharma a Hospital Manager

Mr Pradeep Sharma has the guts to start the covid care treatment in our region.
Nepal is underdeveloped country and it doesnot have neccesary things to fight. At the time when government was also not with proper idea how to deal with the pandemic . Mr Sharma with his team started covid -19 care treatment in our region. All were scared to run the Covid -19 care services.

It was initiation that was followed by others gradually.The following has been done by him.

making staffs ready for the covid-19 battle.
arranging personal protective equipment
arranging the required equipments for patient care
making necessary signage
arranging o2 cylinders
arranging isolation accommodation for nurses
arranging insurance coverage
fixing covid-19 work allowances to motivate staffs
running 30 beds of hospital for covid care in 1st wave and 85 beds on second .
Retaining the staffs .

starting the covid care treatment when all were in delima and scared.
new start in the province to start the covid care which gradually make the others to follow it.

Also the emergency surgery of the covid positive cases and the maternity delivery services were also started in his initiation and motivation.

Dialysis services for the positive cases was hold by every hospitals but it was arranged in our hospital in his initiation.

humble, hard working, caring, responsible,

the new start of treatment of covid -19 was gradually followed by others later. it was first started in by his team.
His team has make such effort that it has become the focal hospital for Covid-19 treatment.
Patients from far places visits hospital for treatment and the mortality rate is also less.

nothing much …hard work need to be praised. Working in underdeveloped country, which is politically disturbed and to serve the patients is a very difficult work with less resources. Arrangement for the care and its accessories is very difficult.
